The ELEMENT® range of hand tools was developed with Ergonomics, Ease of use and Reliability in mind. Suitable for intensive and continuous use, all tools come complete with the necessary equipment to change sizes quickly and easily. The N-200 is a compact double handled lever-action tool that can set rivet nuts from M3 to M8 in aluminium, steel and stainless steel. This tool features a cantilevered action to increase pull-up force while reducing the effort required by up to 3 times. The KJ60 is a high quality, ultra reliable, hydropneumatic rivet nut setting tool suited to production environments. With quick mandrel change over and easy stroke adjustment, set up is fast and operation is simple. This tool can set rivet nuts from M3 to M8 in aluminium, steel & stainless steel and rivet bolts from M5 to M8. Featuring automatic rivet nut feed-on, forward/reverse trigger action for a fast setting cycle, spring balance attachment point, swivel airline fitting, unique hydraulic oil refill system and reduced body size and weight. The tool is supplied in a sturdy lightweight plastic carry case with 5 mandrels and nose cones (M3, M4, M5, M6 & M8), tie rod disengagement pin, 5mm Allen key, a bottle of hydraulic oil, an air line fitting and the manual.
