Fastener and application testing

We can install our fasteners in your sample panels and carry out testing to confirm Installation Force, Push-Out, Pull-Out/Pull-Through and Torque-Out performance. We can also carry out fastener and panel material testing. Depending on the type, testing is carried out in-house or at an independent accredited laboratory. • Material chemical analysis • Plated finish analysis • Coating thickness • Salt spray testing • Hardness testing • Case hardness depth • Tensile testing Customer Tooling Solutions For difficult applications or situations where access is tight, we can work with you to develop a custom installation tooling solution for our Primaserter Fastener Installation Press. If you use a Haeger Fastener Installation Press we can put you in touch with a Haeger Service Engineer to discuss your requirements and find a solution.
