Change of courier Customer satisfaction is a key point in Northern Precision’s quality policy. The performance and service levels provided by sub-contractors such as couriers can impact customer satisfaction directly. From 3rd of January 2017 all standard domestic and international non-palletised consignments will be shipped using UPS. Mainland UK shipments are sent on a next working day service and there are options available for by midday, 10:30am, Saturday by midday delivery for urgent orders.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR SHUTDOWN We will be closed from 4:30pm on Friday 22nd December for the Christmas and New Year break. We will be back on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. We would like to wish all our customers, suppliers and subcontractors a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
